A 27-year-old man from Eliot was charged with operating after suspension and driving an unregistered vehicle after his Ford truck slid off Emery’s Bridge Road at 7:18 a.m. Jan. 20, according to Lt. Scott Stephens. The truck was towed from the scene.
Four additional arrests were made Jan. 21 during motor vehicle stops, according to Stephens, who described the following: a 27- year-old man from Concord, N.H., was charge with operating without a valid license and driving an unregistered vehicle at 6:17 p.m. near the intersection of Portland and Colcord streets; a 23- year-old man from Somersworth, N.H., was charged with operating without a valid license at 9:45 p.m. in the vicinity of Cumberland Farms and Route 236; a 19-year-old male from Windham was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle at 9:47 p.m.; and at 10:22 pm, a juvenile was arrested at the intersection of York Woods and Witchtrot roads. Stephens did not provide information on charges, age or residence of the juvenile arrested.
Police investigated a soliciting complaint at 4:40 p.m. Jan. 17 from a Cummings Mill resident. The incident involved juveniles, according to Stephens.
A terrorizing/threatening call reported at 6:53 p.m. Jan. 23 on Chestnut Drive involved “a dispute over the delivery of a package,” Stephens said.
