Police logs for Aug. 17-30 list four arrests, 158 motor vehicle stops and three vehicle crashes.
Deputy Chief Scott Stephens provided charge information on the following arrests:
- A 44-year-old male from South Berwick was charged with domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing at 4:57 p.m. Aug. 21, during an incident on High Knoll Drive.
- A 17- year-old male juvenile from Farmington, N.H., was charged with operating without a valid license at 3:38 a.m. Aug. 27, during a vehicle crash on Emery’s Bridge Road.
- A 20-year-old male from South Berwick was charged with operating after suspension at 6:34 p.m. Aug. 28, during a motor vehicle stop near Route 236 and Boatyard Lane.
- A 28-year-old female from Sanford was charged with operating without a valid license at 12:35 p.m. Aug. 29, during a motor vehicle stop near Portland and Colcord streets.
There were three vehicle crashes listed during the two-week period, with one hospital transport:
- Aug. 18, 4:57 p.m., near Main and Norton streets – hospital transport
- Aug. 27, 3:38 a.m., Emery’s Bridge Road – arrest
- Aug. 27, 4:52 a.m., Academy Street
