The sales and business offices of the Stage House Inn on Main Street are moving across the street into the Paul Street building that formerly housed A Little Something gift shop.
Four inn employees will move into the new location, according to Jim Flynn of Great Works Properties, the umbrella corporation for the inn, as well as the Outlook Golf Course and Tavern, the Nealy House next to Central School, and other local properties.
It likely will be another two weeks before the renovated space is fully operational, Flynn said as he inspected office furniture delivered to the new location, a building previously owned by former South Berwick residents Ron and Gail Stewart.
In addition to buying the Paul Street building, Great Works Properties recently purchased the 293 Main St. headquarters of Civil Consultants from Tom Harmon, Flynn said. Civil Consultants will continue to occupy two floors of the building, but the South Berwick Sewer District offices have been moved to Town Hall to provide more space for Civil Consultants.
There are no current plans to renovate that building, which includes several apartments on the top two floors, Flynn said.
